Weed pot, debris trap
The straight mud strainer (type 763303) has a cast-iron housing. This type can be installed in the suction lines on board ships to protect pumps from large solid particles.
The standard perforation pattern for the basket is square (5 mm for DN25 to DN65 and 8 mm for DN80 to DN750). A 3 mm perforation or other special perforation pattern is available as an option. The lid is secured with wing bolts and eye nuts.
