Denso-Feu is a vaseline-based, cold-processable corrosion prevention tape.

Denso-Feu consists of an impregnated material polypropylene non-woven backing, which is coated on both sides with corrosion prevention Vaseline mastic. The Vaseline mastic is stabilized by polymer additives, which means Denso-Feu can be used during operations temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F). Denso-Feu can be applied without heating and wetting the surface reinforces the surface even at low temperatures.

Denso-Feu is basically impervious to water and oxygen and is electrically insulating. Because of the combination of exceptional properties, Denso-Feu is used in many applications.
