MOLYKOTE® 1000 solid lubricating paste
Solid lubricating paste for metal bolt-nut connections. Contains no lead or nickel.
Applications: Suitable for bolt-nut connections that are exposed to high temperatures up to 650ºC and to corrosive effects and bolt-nut connections that require re-tightening or disassembly after assembly and initial operation. To ensure constant prestressing force, the friction coefficients of the lubricant must be uniform and stable. Successfully used for cylinder head bolts, nozzle cap screws of injection molding machines, bolted connections in the chemical industry and also for the clamping rings of centrifuges.
